These terms are an agreement between you and Challr Labs, a team based in Azerbaijan (“we”, “us”), for your use of the Challr app (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use the app
You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile › Delete account.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases in the app are made through Apple’s App Store and Google Play, depending on where you got the app. Their terms apply to payment, billing and refunds.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You can manage and cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post in the app. You give us permission to store, copy and show it as needed to run the app. Do not post content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to share, or that harms others. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Using the app
Do not misuse the app. For example, do not use it to break the law, do not try to get into systems or data you are not allowed to access, and do not interfere with how the app works.
Our rights in the app
The app, its design and its content (other than your content) belong to Challr Labs or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for as long as you follow these terms. You may not copy, change, sell or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the law that cannot be limited or excluded, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Apple
If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of it.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
